Introduction

Natwarlal  Maniklal Dalal College is pioneering education institution of Gondia Education Society. It is a mother institution of the colleges and schools of G. E .S. The GES also got its shape by the formation of  N. M .D. College. One of the main partners of C. J. Patel Company, Gondia. Shri Harsabhai Hora has father Late Shri Natwarlal Maniklal Dalal. . The college was further named as Natwarlal Maniklal Dalal College of Arts and Commerce by the GES. This is not merely a college but its a cherished creation of the founder Late Shri Manoharbhi Patel with a view  to satisfy the educational needs of the masses. The great founder Late Shri Manoharbhi usually expressed that this college is a precious piece of my heart and I would like to develop it up to the highest level.

The foundation stone of this college was laid down by the father of the Gondia Education Society Late Shi Manoharbhi Patel in the year 1958 and the building was inaugurated by then Chief Minister of Maharastra Shri Dada Saheb Kannamwar in the year 1961. By the opening of N. M. D. College the GES has started spreading educational institution in the district of Bhandara and put its strong hold over the educational development activities which goes on ceaselessly.
